How to Order:

Step 1
Browse our online catalogue and select the mask/s you require. Make a note of the model name and number for each type of mask you require. For some masks it may be possible to request alternative colours to those displayed, please enquire before you order.

Step 2
Send us a fax or email with the model number, name and quantity of masks required. Other details we would like to request at this stage are:
Your name
Delivery Address
Telephone number
Credit card number, expiry date, type of card Visa/ Mastercard.
If you would prefer you can always provide these details over the telephone to us. Please note shipping costs are additional and will be based on the total order.This cost is determined by the dimensions, weight and value of the package.

Step 3
We at Carta Alta will then send you an email confirming your order and expected delivery date. If the masks are not in stock we will start producing them. Once your order is complete we will wrap the masks in protective wrappings, pack the parcel with soft foam chips for extra protection, and complete the necessary paperwork in order to ship it to you.

Step 4
Upon receipt of payment we will ship your mask using International.
offers a 4 day (standart service) or 1 day (express service) within Europe and 7 day (standart service) or 2 day (express service) within the United States. We will also send you a tracking number for you to monitor the delivery process of your masks from Italy.
