How do I place an order?
Select the product by code number from our catalog or website and email or fax your order

How do I pay?
Payment is accepted by Master Card, Visa or Bank Transfer. You can include your desired form of payment with your order. Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is ready to be shipped and you will be notified via email or fax.

What is the Euro?
Our laboratory is in Venice, Italy therefore our prices are in Euro which is the currency of Italy.

How can I calculate the costs in the currency I use?
If ordering from outside of Europe the exchange rate will be calculated by your credit card company or bank on the day the order is charged to your account. It is possible to check the exchange rate on the internet using yahoo finance. http://finance.yahoo.com/m5?a=10&s=EUR&t=USD&c=0

Do you ship Internationally?
We ship using UPS International. UPS offers 2 or 7 day service within Europe and 4 or 7 day service within the United States. Shipping costs are based on the dimensions and weight of the package.

Can I order just one mask?
Yes, we accept retail orders for single items.

Am I a wholesale customer?
If you have a retail store or business or business identification number you qualify for wholesale prices.

Do you have special events packages?
Yes, our artisans are available to create special orders for customers based on the customers design ideas or themes for parties, dances, weddings, birthdays, business functions etc…

Are all your masks made in Venice?
Yes, our masks are all original pieces designed and created by our artisans in the traditional Venetian techniques.

Can the masks be worn?
Yes, all of our masks are designed to be worn and come attached with ribbons to tie the mask in place. Please note the sizes of the masks are designed for an average adult face. Wearing some of the masks for extended periods may not be particularly comfortable especially with the full face paper machè models.
